Updated Information on the suspension of Public Services

On Monday 16th March His Excellency Bishop Bambera announced the suspension of ALL public church services including Sunday Masses. A copy of the Bishops’ letter and the response to Frequently Asked Questions is found below.

It is with deep regret that the parish of St. Michael the Archangel announces therefore the suspension of its public services, devotions, and meetings with immediate effect and until further notice.

In line with the directive from the Bishop, and notwithstanding the restrictions placed upon the celebration of public Mass, the church will remain open to members of the faithful for private devotions and prayer during the following times:

Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 8:30am

Friday 5:00pm to 7:00pm

Saturday 8:00am to 10:00am

Sunday 7:30am to 12:30pm

At this time of concern and pestilence the Pastor will offer his private Mass for deliverance from this epidemic and for the needs of the Church.

All parishioners are requested to prayer for an end to this epidemic using the attached prayer for as long as services are suspended.
